Jacinta

Jacinta joined the Ivanhoe Veterinary Clinic team in 2017.

Jacinta has always loved animals and began working as a veterinary nurse in 2012, after completing a Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Biosciences.

In 2014 she went on to complete her Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing, and in 2015 she volunteered her time at an elephant nature park in Thailand. In Thailand Jacinta working with veterinarians to treat and care for mistreated and abused animals.

Jacinta joined the Ivanhoe Veterinary Clinic team in 2017 as the Head Veterinary Nurse and has thrived in this role ever since. Jacinta enjoys all aspects of nursing and loves providing the best care for all her furry patients, as well as being a support for their owners.

Outside of work, Jacinta and her husband are kept very busy looking after their growing family, including their two gorgeous rescue cats, two guinea pigs and cheeky parakeet.
